The BarConic® Japanese Ice Saw brings traditional Japanese style and craftsmanship to modern bar service. Carve large blocks of ice and impress your guests with this extremely sharp Ice Saw. Ice slabs are not made by machines, so they are much clearer then regular ice cubes. Many craft and specialty bartenders or mixologists prefer using this type of ice for their cocktails.
