This manual juicer is a must have for any bar or restaurant.. It's 25" tall with an 8.25" long base. With components made of stainless steel and zinc alloy, This unit is very easy to use, leaving nothing but peel behind. The base is very sturdy and has rubber feet to keep it in place. Simply place half of your fruit in the juicer and pull down the handle. The plunger is gear driven onto the fruit and then presses it between a cone shaped plate and a strainer, leaving the peel and seeds behind and the juice in the glass. The unit is very easy to disassemble and clean.
